My Carbonara Recipe


Two weeks ago I cooked delicious and creamy carbonara. I crave for pasta and I don’t want buy a ready-to-eat carbonara because I eat much so I decided to cook this delectable concoction. I bought some ingredients in the supermarket; as you can see in the picture, we have....

green peas, mushrooms, cream, cheese, flat noodles (for carbonara), onions, magic sarap and ham. Let's cook now guys.

Procedure:
1. Prepare the ingredients; cut the ham into small strips and the onion and garlic into tiny bits. Open the mushroom and green peas can as well as the cream. 

   
2. Heat the pan and melt the butter. Then sautee the garlic and onion, wait until the onion become transparent. 


3.  Slightly fry the shredded ham for 4 minutes then pour the cream.



4. Add a pinch of salt grated cheese, mushroom, green peas and a small amount of Maggi Magic Sarap then mix it.


5. Add a small amount of water and let it boil for 10 minutes. Stir it while boiling. Let it simmer.
6. Set aside the cooked sauce. Now, it's time boil the noodles.
7. Pour water into casserole then mix a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Let it boil.
8. Soak the noodles into boiling water then boil it until al dente. 




9. Drain the water from the noodles then mix it with the white sauce. You can top it with grated cheese or fried shredded bacon. 

Here's my finished product...tadah!!!!

  1. wow thanks for sharing kasi before i tried cooking carbonara and di sya masarap. so usually binibili ko yung carbonara mix ng mckormick
