My very first cell phone was Nokia 3310, a model which was released in the late 2001. I was in college when my mother bought me that cell phone. I was extremely happy because it was just released when my mother got one. I remember, the prepaid load before was quite expensive and you have to buy one because your cell phone will be useless. My Nokia 3310 cell phone was blue with a LED screen and orange backlight. Some people upgrade their cell phone’s LCD by applying acetate to have a watermark image background or change the backlight to electric blue.
My second cell phone was Sony Ericsson T230 model. It was good and handy but the keypad was a bit hard to press. Moreover, the phonebook was not that easy to access. You can access phonebooks in some cell phone models by just pressing a button (like left, down or right button), but it’s different in T230.
It was September 2008 when I decided to buy Nokia 3110 classic. The model was released in January 2008 so it was a bit brand new when I bought it (Nokia cell phones are easy to depreciate). What I like about this cell phone is its user-friendliness. It’s so easy to find cell phone numbers that you dialled and texted because it has a page that is like a “history” page. For me, the very first and most important action that you do on the cell phone is find cell phone number. My phone book has a big capacity that can store up to 1000 cell phone numbers and that is the reason why I enjoy using my Nokia 3110 classic. By the way, today is its 3rd year anniversary wohoooo!
