Going to Dubai Next Year

Next year, I surely would go to United Arab Emirates to follow my girlfriend who works there for almost 8 months now. Indeed, long distance relationship is quite difficult and you will surely miss each other a lot when that happens to you. So, I will temporarily leave my beloved country to go to a foreign land in the middle-east. My girlfriend said once I live there, I would not be lonely because first of all, she’s there yay! And the fact that United Arab Emirates is also a beautiful country like the Philippines definitely calms and soothes my sad thoughts. 

There are a lot of scenic spots in UAE like the Burj Khalifa in Dubai; as we all know, it is the highest man-made structure in the world today. I’m excited to take a tour to that building because my officemate also went there. She said that it is 4 times higher as the highest building in the Philippines (my office is in that building) which is located in Makati City. 

 Burj Al-Arab

Another good scenic spot to visit is the Burj Al-Arab located in the middle of the waters. My girlfriend said that it is a seven-star hotel with its interior filled with gold posts, ornaments, walls and stairs. Whoa, I can’t afford to check-in there. Its top has a tennis court and guys, I really want to play tennis over there when I get to Dubai (but I have to have more money haha)   

 Fujaira

Yesterday my girlfriend told me that she and her brother were fishing in Fujaira. Fujaira is one of the seven emirates in UAE and it is known as the fishing capital of that country. I’m excited to see that place too. I want to learn fishing because many say that it is an exciting past time. Also, fish is a healthy food; rich in omega 3, a fatty acid that is good for the heart. 

What I love most about getting to UAE is skating, skate boarding or inline skating perhaps. I know that it’s a hard and dangerous sport but I can learn it. Through good and constant practice, I can make it perfect. There are four seasons in the UAE but the winter there doesn’t have snow. So I’m pretty sure that it’s nice to skate there during the winter season. I can’t wait to buy cool Skate Shoes which I can use in skating. It is easy and convenient to wear and it doesn’t hurt your toe when wearing for many hours. GlobeShoes is also cool so I prepare to buy it. Whew! I can’t wait to go there.
